Delete your Reintouch account or data
Reintouch is operated by Lithstone Technologies. You can request account or data deletion without installing the app.
Request deletion by email
Email support@reintouch.com from the email address used for your Reintouch account. Use the subject Reintouch account deletion and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password, verification codes, payment-card details or private family recordings.
Delete from the app or website
Sign in, open Account & privacy, and choose Delete account. To remove only a particular archive, use its memorial settings. To remove individual memories or conversations, use their delete controls. You may export your archive before deleting it.
What is removed
Account deletion removes your login, owned archives, saved chats and uploaded contributions associated with your account, and requests applicable custom-voice and temporary video cleanup. Individual archive or content deletion removes the selected material while keeping your account. Copies previously exported by you or other authorized people are outside Reintouch’s deletion controls.
Records that may remain
Limited billing, security, backup or legally required records may remain under the relevant provider’s retention rules. We do not promise immediate deletion from third-party backups or records that must be kept by law. Contact support@reintouch.com for information about a specific deletion request.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting an account or archive does not cancel a subscription. For Google Play subscriptions, cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. For Apple subscriptions, use your App Store subscription settings. For website subscriptions, use Manage billing before deleting the account.
