Questions about Reintouch.
Understand what you can preserve and how AI memorial conversations work before creating your archive.
Is this the actual person?
No. Reintouch creates an AI simulation based on material you supply. It cannot bring someone back, contact them or know memories you have not shared.
Can I use recordings and photos?
You can add original recordings, photos and stories to an archive. Voice and likeness features require the necessary rights and separate permissions. AI output must not be presented as an authentic recording.
How do subscriptions work?
Basic and Pro have monthly and annual options. See the current prices, features and limits on the plans page. Manage cancellation through the provider where you purchased; deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
Can I export or delete an archive?
Use memorial settings to export or delete your archive. Account & privacy contains provider permissions and account deletion. See the privacy notice for retention and provider details.
